Vuono Group is looking for a Business IT Architect to join our growing team in Helsinki. We are a process AI company. We help Nordic organisations across the private and public sector create superior business processes and measurable impact through data and AI.

About the role

As a Business IT Architect, you’ll help clients rethink their business processes for the AI era and design the technical architecture and solutions to support new ways of working. You’ll guide enterprise architecture initiatives, connecting business goals and needs with technology decisions.

You understand how business processes, data, applications and integrations fit together. With your enterprise and solution architecture knowledge you can navigate complex environments, identify dependencies and bottlenecks. Just as importantly you can move smoothly between business and technical discussions, and translate business requirements into technical designs.

You understand every organisation has its own context, constraints and unique ways of working. Rather than simply describing and modernising what’s already there, you help design what comes next: new processes, new ways of working, and the architecture that makes them possible.

What we’re looking for

• Consulting experience, ideally from projects spanning the journey from recommendations to implementation

• Experience in enterprise architecture and application architecture

• Experience in projects where new software was brought into an existing system landscape

• A solid understanding of data models, interfaces, integrations and system dependencies

• Ability to translate business needs into clear technical specifications

• A forward-looking mindset and the drive to help business leaders explore new opportunities and find a way forward

• Strong communication skills in both Finnish and English

• Good understanding of AI capabilities and their impact to business architecture

• Experience with SAP environments and enterprise architecture methods and tools, such as TOGAF, ArchiMate, Ardoq or SAP LeanIX, is a plus

We’ll discuss the specific responsibilities and focus areas of the role based on your experience, skills, and interests. Depending on your level of experience and responsibility, the monthly base salary for this role is approximately 5500-7000+.
